You can cancel your reservation on the internet by the previous day of the show day.

(You will not be able to cancel your reservation on the day of the show.) If the show's previous day is weekday,

weekend or holiday, the cancellation is available until 5 PM, however if it falls on Saturday,

the cancellation deadline is until 11 AM. If Saturday is also a holiday, the cancellation deadline will be 11 AM.

However, please note that reservation made on the day of show cannot be cancelled/changed/refunded upon reservation.

Also, you cannot be cancelled if you did reservation at after 5 pm before the show day.

(if the day before show day is saturday, deadline is 11 am.)
