① Go to 'My ticket' page located right top of the page. 
② Click the reservation number in the reservation list that you'd like to cancel. 
③ Click button.

* The cancellation is available only during the cancellation available time.
* Please note that cancellation fee could be imposed according to Cancellation/Refund Policy when proceeding with the cancellation.
* If the ordered ticket had already been sent out for delivery, cancellation on the webpage will not be available. However, you can still cancel through the call center if you return the ticket to our headquarters before the cancellation deadline.
