Print out reservation details and submit to the ticket box at the show to receive your tickets.

However, if you had not printed out the reservation details or had forgotten the reservation number,

you can present an evidence (ID card) for personal identification and retrieve tickets.

Please note that printing the reservation details for ticket retrieval is the fastest way.
We advise you to arrive at the show about 30 minutes earlier to receive the tickets.
